How It Works

  1. Open Dashboard Settings
    Navigate to Settings → Email (SMTP) section
  2. Choose Email Format
    Select "HTML (Styled)" to enable beautiful templates, or keep "Plain Text" for simple emails
  3. Pick Your Style
    Choose from 5 styles. The style picker only appears when HTML mode is selected.
  4. Save & Send
    All outgoing emails automatically use your selected template with the BizNode logo embedded inline.

Which emails use templates?

All outgoing emails: lead notifications, approval requests, daily digest, promotional emails, and AI agent emails. When EMAIL_FORMAT=html, the plain text body is automatically wrapped in your selected template.
